how long will my order take to ship?

all newseezen packages are processed within 24 hours of placing your order. once shipped, delivery takes 3-8 business days via usps standard shipping.

you’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way. please note that shipping times may vary due to holidays or unforeseen delays.

do you offer international shipping?

what is your return policy?

due to the personalized & handcrafted nature of newseezen products, all sales are final. we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds, as our wellness products cannot be resold once shipped for sanitary & quality reasons.

if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact elevate@newseezen.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos, & we will work to resolve the issue.
